  • Free Shipping & Delivery Scope

    We are proud to offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. Unlike many other retailers, our free shipping coverage fully includes Alaska as well as delivery to P.O. Boxes.

    Please note: We currently do not offer standard shipping to Hawaii or US Territories.

    Shipped Locally From the US

    You don't have to worry about long international transit times or customs delays. Our entire live inventory is stored directly within the United States and ships out from our primary regional fulfillment hubs located in California and Georgia, ensuring reliable domestic handling for every order.

    Processing & Delivery Timelines

    To guarantee your items are thoroughly inspected, beautifully packaged, and prepared for transport, our shipping timeline is split into two parts:

    • Processing Time (5–7 Business Days): This is the time required to confirm your order, process it through our warehouse database, perform a strict quality check on the pelt, and securely pack your items. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

    • Transit Time (Standard Ground): Once dispatched from our California or Georgia facilities, standard ground courier transit typically takes an additional 3–5 business days depending on your destination address.

    Total Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow approximately 8–12 business days from the day you place your order for your shipment to arrive at your door.

    Order Tracking

    As soon as your order is packed and leaves either our West Coast or East Coast hub, we will automatically send a shipping confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email will include a tracking number (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

    Damaged or Lost Shipments

    Every shipment is fully insured. If your package happens to be damaged during transit, or if your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received the item, please contact our customer support team immediately so we can resolve the issue right away.

  • The backside is natural Suede, and it is naturally non slip.

  • Leather in all its forms is a naturally occurring by-product of the beef industry. We absolutely do not kill any animals for their skins! Leather production in any form has zero effect on the number of animals slaughtered. There are millions of cow hides going to waste each year because the demand for beef is far larger than that for leather. We are simply utilizing the hides which would otherwise be thrown away as waste to create a useful and naturally beautiful product.

  • Our beautiful and natural cowhide rugs are effortlessly easy to maintain. These rugs simply do not hold dust and dirt as other normal carpets and woven rugs do. All it requires is a frequent shake or vacuum, just being sure to clean it in the direction of the hairs. In the case of a spill, simply apply light pressure with a clean towel to soak up liquid and apply warm, soapy liquid to the affected area. Blot dry. Brush the hair in the direction of the follicles to keep it soft and lustrous. Please do not beat the rug as this can cause damage If treated with care, your new cowhide rug will last for many years. 

  • While we are not able to guarantee against chewing, most of our customers have told us that their dogs just love laying comfortably on their cowhides.
